The site is ideally situated for visiting all East and South Devon resorts; it is only 40 minutes drive to Dartmoor and six miles from the city of Exeter. It is also just one mile from Woodbury Common, an historic heathland with panoramic views of the Exe estuary and Sidmouth gap, harbouring much wildlife.
The Common also provides superb walking as well as Woodbury Park Golf Course and Upham Farm Fishing just up the road.

- Woodbury – A pleasant village on the edge of Woodbury Common, an area of untouched natural beauty.
- Lympstone – A unique village with a mixture of thatched cottages and early Georgian houses running down to a tiny harbour on the Exe estuary.
- Exmouth – A popular family seaside resort, boasting two miles of golden sands, with rock pools at low tide. A superb level esplanade runs past beautiful floral gardens and a wide range of attractions.
- Budleigh Salterton – A beautiful, charming little seaside town. A fine, clean pebble beach stretches for three miles.
- East Budleigh – A ‘picture postcard’ Devon village of thatched cottages and trim houses, famous as the birthplace of Sir Walter Raleigh.
- Ottery St. Mary – A picturesque town on the River Otter with stream and unique tumbling weir. Many interesting buildings.
- Harpford – The delightfully picturesque village alongside the River Otter has many thatched cottages.
- Broadhembury – An attractive thatch and cob village.
- Honiton – Located in the centre of East Devon and surrounded by the most glorious countryside, Honiton has many antique shops.
- Sidmouth – Floral Town of Europe, Britain in Bloom and International Entente winners. A delightful year round resort offering golf, cricket, tennis, bowls, sailing and other sports.
How to find us?
Leave M5 at Junction 30 and follow A3052 (Sidmouth) for 3.7 miles.
At White Horse Inn turn right for Woodbury Salterton and keep left at fork (avoiding village) at T-junction.
Turn right into Village Road.
Browns Farm is on the left.
